Production Line was my third indie game title. Developed by Positech Games the game is all about building and running a huge automated car factory. You start off with a basic production line importing all the components, like tyres, exhausts, engines, you need to manufacture a car. As the game progresses you start importing raw materials, such as rubber and steel, to produce the components in-house. This allows you to produce different models of cars, forever expanding the size and complexity of your factory.
My role on the title was producing all the in-game graphics. I learnt a lot about how cars are put together and modelling them in 3D. However, my favourite part was designing the machines and props that populated the vast factory.
